Terms of Service
The service
Otium One is a leave-management product for UK employers, provided on a subscription basis. Using it means an employer account ("you," "your organisation") and the people your admins add to it.
Trials
A free trial requires no card. We may change or end the trial program at any time, but won’t retroactively charge a trial account without your agreement first.
Pricing and billing
Subscriptions are billed per person, per month, at the rate shown on our Pricing page (currently 75p per person, per month) — no feature-gated tiers. Each month is billed on the highest number of active people during that billing period, and people added mid-month are charged pro rata straight away. Payment is processed by Stripe; subscribing authorises these recurring charges. You can view invoices and manage your subscription from your account’s billing page at any time.
Cancellation
You can cancel from your account’s billing page at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; your account works as normal for the remainder of the period you’ve already paid for, then becomes read-only: your data stays visible and the full data export remains available, per our Privacy Policy.
Your responsibilities
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the leave, entitlement, and employee data your admins enter, and for keeping admin credentials secure. We provide the calculation and workflow engine; we don’t audit or guarantee the correctness of policy configuration choices your admins make.
Availability
We aim for high availability but don’t currently offer a contractual uptime SLA. We’ll give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where practical.
Data ownership
Your organisation owns the data you put into Otium One. On cancellation or request, we’ll make a full export available before any deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We’ll notify account admins by email of any material change to these terms before it takes effect.
